What you will do

• Assist with day-to-day operations and long-term projects for the audience development team.
• Gather data and assist with reports on network-wide and individual show-based analytics.
• Track campaign performance and analyze benchmarks to build insights about promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in building marketing strategies for new show launches and identifying industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and creative collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Passion for podcasts and the audio entertainment industry.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or working experience in marketing, entertainment, or digital media.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing.
