What you will do

• Support marketing operations strategists with production and strategy tasks.
• Facilitate Hubspot setups for new and existing clients.
• Assist in data migrations between CRMs/ESP to Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Perform clean-up tasks in MAPs and CRMs to ensure efficiency.
• Help with automation setups, list segmentation, custom reports, and optimizations.
• Contribute ideas in strategy meetings and attend trainings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college student for internship course credit.
• Marketing-specific courses or past marketing internships.
• Interest in technical marketing systems like MAPs/CRMs (Hubspot, Pardot/Salesforce).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong problem-solver.
• Excel experience with basic formulas.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
