• Handle shipping and inventory management for event materials and swag.
• Create lead spreadsheets to support field sales acquisition efforts.
• Facilitate outbound paperwork and post-show tracking processes.

• Must be based in the US Eastern or Central timezone.
• Strong organizational and operational thinking skills.
• Ability to commit to up to 10 hours per week.
• Experience in event coordination or marketing support.
