Location: Must be based in Australia (Hybrid working out of Brisbane or the Gold Coast with travel to partner offices).

What you will do
- Co-create joint value propositions and GTM messaging with partner sales leadership.
- Lead weekly account mapping sessions to identify and prioritize warm entry points.
- Execute prospecting sessions, blitz days, and roundtable events to activate partner sales floors.
- Perform rigorous discovery and qualification to ensure high-quality pipeline hand-offs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner account executives to ensure mutual success.
- Document value maps and points of view to turn meetings into qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or partner sales.
- Australian work rights are mandatory.
- Fluency in structured discovery and qualification methodologies without relying on scripts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in navigating Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel domestically to partner offices and customer sites.
Nice to have
- Experience in channel or partner-led sales motions.
- Background in CX, Contact Centre, UCaaS, or CPaaS solutions.
- Track record of building new territories or partnerships from scratch.
- Curiosity and practical experience with AI in sales workflows.
