Focus on researching target accounts, engaging C-level executives, and refining go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Australia or New Zealand)

What you will do

  • Prospect and identify potential B2B customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness and business fit.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share market feedback and improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience prospecting into the Australian and/or New Zealand (ANZ) market.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to communicate and engage with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
