What you will do
- Prospect and identify potential B2B customers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness and business fit.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share market feedback and improve campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Experience prospecting into the Australian and/or New Zealand (ANZ) market.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to communicate and engage with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
