What you will do
- Generate new business leads, follow up on MQLs, and convert to SQLs.
- Conduct cold calling, build relationships, and identify customer needs.
- Work toward weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Arrange client meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and send relevant information quickly.
- Research the market to identify target customers (ICPs) and attend industry events to generate leads.
Requirements
- Based in Australia.
- Proven new business/sales track record with the ability to drive sales.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft).
- Strong organization, time management, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment and a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience in outbound prospecting with a “creativity over activity” mindset.
