Location: Fully remote, covering New England and Upstate New York. Candidates must reside in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, or Upstate New York near Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, or Rochester, with access to airports in those locations.
Salary: $193,000–$203,000 base salary per year.

What you will do
- Represent Firdapse and communicate its approved value proposition to healthcare professionals treating Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome.
- Build professional relationships with healthcare providers and staff in community and academic centers through disease awareness and product promotion.
- Analyze local and regional market trends and develop short- and long-term territory business plans.
- Drive patient identification initiatives and coordinate with patient support services, specialty pharmacies, managed care, marketing, communications, and medical affairs.
- Manage the territory budget and document account profiles accurately in the CRM system while following compliance policies.
- Participate in patient advocacy events, conferences, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, or healthcare preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience.
- Ability to build relationships and conduct scientific exchange and compliant product promotion with healthcare providers.
- Experience selling products requiring extensive coordination with patient access services.
- Valid U.S.-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel routinely within the assigned territory; 60% overnight travel is required, with occasional weekend travel for conferences.
Nice to have
- Experience in neurology or the rare/orphan disease space.
- Recent biopharmaceutical launch experience within the past 3–5 years.
- Experience working in a matrixed, team-oriented environment.
