What you will do

  • Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
  • Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, and office setup.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
  • Translate founder-level ideas into structured plans, timelines, and actionable next steps.
  • Coordinate across product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
  • Develop trackers, briefs, memos, and execution rhythms to ensure project delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Strong English communication and structured thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
  • Strong generalist skill set with a high degree of ownership and sharp business judgment.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and executing hands-on operational work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, or investing.
  • Experience working in founder-led environments.
