What you will do
- Execute CEO-level priorities and track OKRs, blockers, and deadlines across teams.
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare briefs, research notes, and action trackers for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify and close execution gaps across product, engineering, and legal teams.
- Manage urgent business problems that span multiple departments.
Requirements
- High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
- Experience in startups, consulting, operations, or fintech environments.
- Structured thinking and ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Must be based in Australia.
- Strong English communication skills.
