What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple AI and fintech projects to ensure predictable timelines and execution.
• Own and maintain Jira as the central source of truth for backlog organization, task clarity, and dependency tracking.
• Plan development capacity, forecast timelines, and proactively identify risks or blockers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remove obstacles and clarify technical requirements.
• Lead team meetings and ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to product strategy by defining roadmap priorities and evaluating trade-offs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Proven experience managing technical projects with a focus on delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, including epics, workflows, and roadmap planning.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical effort estimation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous mindset with strong ownership and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fintech, payment service providers (PSP), or high-risk payment environments.
