AI Project & Product Manager (AI/Data): Orchestrating the delivery of AI products from PoC through MVP to production, connecting engineering teams with business stakeholders and aligning initiatives with strategic goals with an accent on requirements definition, technical decision validation, and delivery management. Focus on managing project cadence, protecting teams from scope creep, and ensuring scalable, operationally viable AI solutions.
Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do
- Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and business stakeholders, aligning goals, scope, and priorities.
- Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
- Validate technical decisions for feasibility, scalability, and business impact while engaging with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams.
- Manage planning, prioritization, resource allocation, progress tracking, reporting, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Drive the AI product lifecycle from proof of concept and MVP through production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Protect engineering focus from ad-hoc requests and scope creep while maintaining alignment between product vision and execution.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of project management experience and 3 years of AI engineering experience.
- Strong technical foundation in AI and data, with the ability to understand system constraints and challenge engineering decisions.
- Strategic, highly organized, pragmatic, and delivery-focused approach to complex initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Full professional proficiency in English required; French is strongly preferred.

- Exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the Flavor and Fragrance industry.
- French language proficiency.
