What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Manage the project heartbeat, including planning, prioritization, resource management, and reporting.
• Drive the full AI product lifecycle from PoC and MVP to Production, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams to validate technical decisions.
• Proactively identify risks and manage dependencies and trade-offs across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and 3+ years of experience in AI engineering.
• Strong technical foundation in AI and data to effectively challenge engineering decisions.
• English: Full professional proficiency (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in French.
• Domain expertise in formulation, chemistry, or the Fragrance & Flavor industry.
