Senior Product Manager (AI Governance): Building an enterprise control plane for discovering, governing, auditing, and attributing the cost of AI agents in Jira environments with an accent on configuration management, policy enforcement, and enterprise-scale visibility. Focus on designing agent governance workflows, enforcing runtime rules through a policy engine, integrating Atlassian platform capabilities, and validating priorities with enterprise administrators and IT leaders.
Location: Fully remote within Spain, with optional access to the Bilbao office.

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent governance across enterprise Jira environments.
- Strengthen platform capabilities for configuration movement across environments, programmatic access, and change visibility.
- Build agent governance workflows covering deployment, comparison, rollback, discovery, inventory, auditing, and cost attribution.
- Own a policy engine that defines and enforces what AI agents can do at runtime.
- Develop a relationship with Atlassian’s partner program and plan around platform and API gaps.
- Conduct regular discovery with enterprise Jira administrators, CISOs, CIOs, and other technical buyers.
Requirements
- Several years of product management experience with complex, technical, enterprise infrastructure, governance, or comparable products.
- Experience managing products spanning multiple domains and teams.
- Experience working with senior technical buyers, including platform administrators, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Ability to ship incrementally against a long-term roadmap while maintaining the end-state vision.
- Strong, structured customer discovery and enterprise interviewing skills.
- Must be based in Spain for this fully remote role.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, or Forge.
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling or LLM platform governance.
- Experience building or overseeing a policy or rules engine.
