What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for AI agent governance and platform foundation.
- Develop a control plane for AI activity, including discovery, inventory, and policy enforcement.
- Strengthen core platform capabilities for configuration movement and programmatic access.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate governance rules across all AI products.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Atlassian’s partner program.
- Conduct structured customer discovery with enterprise platform admins and IT leaders.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain.
- Several years of experience as a product manager for complex, technical, enterprise infrastructure or governance products.
- Experience managing products that span multiple domains and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort gathering requirements from senior technical buyers like CISOs and CIOs.
- Track record of shipping complex roadmaps in phases.
- Direct, structured customer discovery skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Forge).
- Familiarity with AI agent tooling or LLM platform governance.
- Experience building or overseeing a policy or rules engine.
