What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospect and client needs.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and build compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Lead the solution design and contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
  • Analyze and document client requirements for the global Solutions Architecture team.
  • Provide technical briefings for new client onboarding and offer feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a solution-selling environment such as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant.
  • Extensive experience leading product demonstrations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis (ETL, DB) and Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating process diagrams and UML Use Case Diagrams.
  • Must have knowledge of eCommerce and CRM solutions (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Applied experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and REST APIs.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Prior team leadership or management experience.
