What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospect and client needs.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions and build compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Lead the solution design and contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
- Analyze and document client requirements for the global Solutions Architecture team.
- Provide technical briefings for new client onboarding and offer feedback to the Product team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a solution-selling environment such as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant.
- Extensive experience leading product demonstrations.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis (ETL, DB) and Business Analysis.
- Proficiency in creating process diagrams and UML Use Case Diagrams.
- Must have knowledge of eCommerce and CRM solutions (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Applied experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and REST APIs.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry.
- Prior team leadership or management experience.
