What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping Language AI and Voice platform capabilities to customer business goals.
• Lead technical discovery and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes for enterprise environments.
• Design, scope, and execute POCs and proof-of-value engagements across the full platform, including Voice and API.
• Partner with Account Executives to provide expert guidance on APIs, SSO, real-time streaming, and security requirements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing market insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and maintain a library of enablement resources, including demo environments and best-practice guides.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of client-facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory; strong preference for English proficiency.
• Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, authentication, and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Proven track record of designing customer solutions and impacting deal closure in enterprise SaaS or AI environments.
• Fluency in security and compliance topics, including data residency and governance frameworks.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including IT architects and C-level buyers.
