What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, and PR to ensure smooth execution of AI initiatives.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of AI solutions that meet product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective execution within scope.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and track success metrics and KPIs for each initiative.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a technology, product, or software development environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives within a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI-driven product development.
