What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to acquire new logos in the 500–3,000 employee segment.
  • Manage a mixed pipeline of fast-cycle deals and structured evaluations.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC methodology rigorously to lead multi-stakeholder discovery and build compelling business cases.
  • Build relationships with director-level and executive buyers to communicate business value.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the existing install base.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline health and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience focused on the mid-market segment (500–3,000 employees).
  • Proven ability to apply the MEDDPICC methodology habitually.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • AI fluency and curiosity to leverage tools for productivity and account planning.
