What you will do
- Develop and execute territory strategies to acquire new logos in the 500–3,000 employee segment.
- Manage a mixed pipeline of fast-cycle deals and structured evaluations.
- Apply the MEDDPICC methodology rigorously to lead multi-stakeholder discovery and build compelling business cases.
- Build relationships with director-level and executive buyers to communicate business value.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the existing install base.
- Maintain accurate pipeline health and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
- 1–2 years of experience focused on the mid-market segment (500–3,000 employees).
- Proven ability to apply the MEDDPICC methodology habitually.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- AI fluency and curiosity to leverage tools for productivity and account planning.
