TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare AI): Own customer relationships and drive onboarding, product training, and long-term success for accounts across the Middle East & Africa with an accent on clinical, operational, and financial value realization. Focus on monitoring customer health and adoption, running QBRs, leading change management, and coordinating cross-functional escalations to maximize retention and growth.

What you will do

  • Own overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction for assigned Middle East & Africa accounts.
  • Lead onboarding programs, product training, and education for implementations, upgrades, and product releases.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customers’ clinical, operational, and business objectives.
  • Monitor customer health, product adoption, utilization, and engagement; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Run regular customer business reviews (QBRs) to measure outcomes, demonstrate value, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support pre-sales and renewal activities, coordinate escalations with cross-functional teams, and gather customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows from prior experience working with clinicians and executive stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems (PACS/RIS) and standards (DICOM/HL7).
  • Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the Middle East & Africa.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and/or Sales in the healthcare industry.
  • Project or change management certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
