What you will do

  • Direct all growth efforts and strategic planning for the East Enterprise Region.
  • Identify, hire, and lead a team of account managers to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline for organic growth through full life cycle business development.
  • Provide accurate quarterly forecasting of opportunities and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and sales enablement to position solutions effectively.
  • Provide negotiation assistance and strategic counseling to sales executives.

Requirements

  • Must be located in New England, Tri-States area, Georgia, or North Carolina.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or P&L/Operational roles at a Director or VP level.
  • Proven background in the cybersecurity industry with established relationships among key influencers.
  • Demonstrated history of winning competitive acquisitions and managing complex systems solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 50-60%).
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or technology preferred.
