What you will do

• Partner with the Country Localisation Lead to shape the brand voice across all product areas in Spanish (MX).
• Translate and review key product and marketing content while managing relationships with localization partners.
• Develop and maintain style guides, glossaries, and translation memories to ensure consistency.
• Provide cultural insights and localization recommendations to improve the user experience for Mexican audiences.
• Assess machine translation and AI-generated outputs to maintain high-quality local experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, subscriptions, and content to deliver initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and communication skills in Spanish (MX) with a strong understanding of cultural nuance.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support local team collaboration.
• Experience working with CAT tools and localization platforms.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate and improve translated content.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS localization, SEO, or copywriting.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
• Previous experience with Smartling.
