Localization Project Manager

Location: Remote, based in Europe

What you will do

• Act as the interface between clients and sales, production, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Manage client communication, calls, meetings, consulting, complaints, reviews, and feedback.
• Analyze, plan, execute, monitor, coordinate, and deliver localization projects.
• Create quotes and invoices, monitor project costs and profitability, and prepare revenue forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate vendors and maintain client and project information in the project wiki.

Requirements

• Native German or German at C1–C2 level and strong written and spoken English.
• A couple of years of experience in the localization industry, preferably in project management.
• Good technical understanding, including current Microsoft products and computer-assisted translation tools.
• Understanding of AI-assisted technologies and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and an analytical, structured, goal-oriented approach.
• Efficient task and time management with an understanding of industry and business principles.
