Sr. Director, Partnerships & Ecosystem (Cloud): Building and scaling a comprehensive partner ecosystem from the ground up to accelerate growth in AI infrastructure and cloud storage with an accent on strategic alliances, marketplace expansion, and partner-led revenue motions. Focus on designing scalable partner programs, driving co-sell initiatives, and establishing deep technical integrations with cloud providers and ISVs.

Salary: $175,000 - $229,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy across OEMs, cloud providers, and ISVs.
- Design and launch scalable partner programs including tiers, deal registration, and incentive structures.
- Expand relationships with AI infrastructure companies and GPU cloud providers to position storage solutions.
- Drive marketplace strategy across AWS, Azure, and emerging AI platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create repeatable partner-led revenue motions.
- Build metrics and reporting to track partner performance and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building partner or ecosystem programs in cloud infrastructure or SaaS.
- Proven track record of scaling partner organizations through high-growth phases.
- Experience generating $20M+ in quarterly partner pipeline or bookings.
- Deep understanding of OEM, ISV, MSP, and cloud partner ecosystems.
- Strong technical acumen regarding compute, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
- Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI infrastructure providers or GPU cloud ecosystems.
- Existing relationships with major technology partners like NVIDIA, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Background in global partner program development across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Experience working in a public SaaS company.
