TL;DR

AWS Partnerships Lead (AI): Driving and scaling the AWS co-sell motion across Southern Europe with an accent on building regional GTM strategies from the ground up. Focus on establishing executive relationships, managing joint pipeline, and accelerating the adoption of frontier AI technology through strategic cloud partnerships.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 25% in-office attendance required).

Compensation: €154,000 – €182,000 EUR (On Target Earnings).

What you will do

  • Own the AWS co-sell and GTM strategy across France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with AWS field teams and executive leadership.
  • Develop joint business plans and enablement programs tailored to the Southern European market.
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue attainment against regional targets.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align regional execution.
  • Design and execute joint customer engagements and marketing activities to accelerate AI adoption.

Requirements

  • English and French proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales.
  • Direct experience working with or inside a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Track record of building partnerships from zero to one without large local support.
  • Strong understanding of the Southern European enterprise and cloud ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage pipeline and revenue targets with commercial acumen.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology, specifically SaaS sales and partnerships.
  • Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup scaling EMEA presence.
  • Background working with developer-focused companies like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or LLMs.
  • Management consulting background.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills.
