What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end global alliance strategy and GTM execution with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build and manage executive relationships within partner organizations to secure sponsorship, funding, and preferred-partner positioning.
  • Drive product co-innovation and integrations to position the AI Data plane across all major cloud providers.
  • Own the commercial strategy for cloud marketplace listings to grow transaction revenue and leverage customer cloud commitments.
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing to generate cloud-sourced and cloud-accelerated ARR pipeline.
  • Act as a player-coach by driving hands-on execution while hiring and growing a team of dedicated alliance leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise SaaS, ISV, or database technology.
  • Proven track record of navigating AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems, including co-sell programs and marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated success in building programs that deliver multi-million-dollar ARR impact.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud data architecture, NoSQL databases, and GenAI (Vector Databases, RAG architectures).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
