TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading the Enterprise AI and Digital Natives segment to drive revenue growth and strategic account expansion with an accent on deep infrastructure and developer-centric sales. Focus on scaling a high-performing team, mentoring leaders in value selling to C-suite executives, and embedding core infrastructure solutions into the world's most innovative AI and SaaS companies.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the NYC Metro area

Salary: $415,000–$496,000 (includes on-target incentive compensation)

What you will do

  • Own and exceed regional revenue targets for the Digital Native ecosystem.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class field sales team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and Engineering leaders on network architecture and AI platforms.
  • Articulate the value of Workers AI, R2 storage, and advanced network security.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to design go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for high-growth accounts and assist in closing complex deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in Digital Native and AI-native landscapes.
  • Deep understanding of modern application architecture, serverless computing, and edge infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating hybrid sales motions blending product-led growth with enterprise execution.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export control compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing complex, technical sales cycles.
