What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building systems including power distribution, lighting, and telecommunications.
• Perform engineering analyses and develop electrical design calculations to ensure code-compliant solutions.
• Oversee the development of detailed construction documents and BIM models using Revit.
• Manage project execution from concept through construction, including QA/QC reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster professional growth.
• Support business development by cultivating client relationships and contributing to proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of design experience as a registered engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with complex institutional projects.
• Proficiency in codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
