Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal partner for the Go-To-Market team throughout the customer transaction lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, enterprise contracts, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
• Develop and maintain standard form agreements and online terms of service.
• Negotiate directly with legal counsel from highly regulated industries including finance, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure all commercial agreements align with open source licensing requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and executive teams to provide risk-calibrated legal guidance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of commercial legal experience, ideally within a technology company.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating SaaS, subscription, and professional services agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to build standard form agreements and online terms from the ground up.
• Experience navigating regulatory considerations for highly regulated customer industries.
• Working knowledge of open source licensing and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure sectors.
• Combined law firm and in-house legal experience.
