Location: Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or Remote (Eligible European countries). Must spend the first few months in the Milan office to absorb company culture.

Salary: €66,065 – €188,848 (Europe) / £85,797 – £250,512 (UK), plus equity options.

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate cross-border commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, and consulting agreements.
• Support global product launches by drafting legal terms, policies, and external communications using AI.
• Provide cross-functional legal advice on IP, consumer protection, AI governance, and regulatory matters.
• Manage international disputes and litigation, coordinating with external legal advisors.
• Support global labor-related matters in alignment with company values.
• Build and maintain scalable legal playbooks and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• Law degree and professional experience as in-house counsel or within a law firm.
• Proficiency in English (C1+ required).
• Strong reasoning ability, first-principles thinking, and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to eligible European countries.
• Ability to work from the Milan office for the first few months of employment.
