What you will do

• Prepare and issue recurring and project-based client invoices using CCH Axcess and QuickBooks Online.
• Manage and record incoming payments via ACH, credit card terminals, and check deposits.
• Perform daily application of payments across multiple systems to ensure audit-ready records.
• Investigate and resolve billing errors, declined cards, and misapplied funds.
• Audit AR aging reports to identify and resolve outstanding balances.
• Conduct professional outbound phone and email campaigns to collect overdue payments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in high-volume billing, AR, or commercial collections.
• Deep operational proficiency in QuickBooks Online and transactional accounting workflows.
• Professional English communication skills with the ability to handle payment disputes over the phone.
• Proven ability to work across parallel business systems and payment gateways.
• Experience initiating outbound phone outreach for collections.
• Must be available for the full-time schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess and WIP reporting.
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase banking portals and SwipeSimple.
• Background in an accounting firm, CPA practice, or professional services environment.
