What you will do

• Manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation and vendor reconciliations
• Handle accounts receivable functions, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Monitor AP/AR aging reports and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities
• Provide regular financial reports and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Must be based in the Philippines (Davao, Central Visayas, or Metro Manila)
