What you will do
- Monitor aging reports and manage collections for past due accounts.
- Conduct daily collection calls to delinquent customers.
- Resolve incoming billing inquiries and research complex billing issues.

- Manage client expectations regarding response times and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate invoicing records and customer status updates.
Requirements
