What you will do
- Execute daily outbound collections via calls and emails to secure payments and commitments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, account setup issues, and system errors.
- Manage and resolve billing cases in Salesforce with clear documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address root causes of billing problems.
- Encourage auto-pay enrollment to improve cash flow consistency.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all communications and payment outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing support.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in structured AR or collections environments.
- Background in operations or service teams.
- Familiarity with root-cause analysis and process improvement workflows.
