TL;DR
Sales Professional (Fintech): Owning the full sales cycle for the Spend platform in the North American market with an accent on outbound prospecting and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Focus on navigating complex financial workflows involving CFOs and Procurement to drive adoption of spend management solutions.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, USA (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-person)
Salary: Base $100,000, OTE $200,000

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for Spend, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to closing.
- Build net-new pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise Finance, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
- Conduct insight-led discovery to map platform capabilities to complex spend workflows including T&E and AP.
- Manage multi-threaded deals involving CFOs, Controllers, and IT buying committees.
- Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives that resonate with financial decision-makers.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in Spend Management, AP automation, ERP, or adjacent Fintech solutions.
- Proven hunter mentality with experience building pipelines in new markets.
- Ability to speak credibly to financial workflows, spend controls, and reconciliation processes.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in competitive, complex-sale environments.
- Eligibility to work in the USA and location in or willingness to relocate to Boston.
- Experience with Salesforce and a data-driven approach to pipeline forecasting.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically in the spend management or corporate card space.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience as an early GTM hire or in a market launch "tiger team".
- Knowledge of the intersection between travel and spend management workflows.
