TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business acquisition for identity and authentication solutions with an accent on enterprise-level sales cycles and consultative relationship building. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 plus sales incentive plan

What you will do

  • Build and manage a direct sales pipeline for enterprise-level clients in assigned regions or verticals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify prospect business needs, KPIs, and buying processes.
  • Translate technical data study results into compelling executive summaries and business proposals.
  • Negotiate business terms and manage the end-to-end contractual process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales strategy and provide market intelligence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed ACV bookings and annual revenue quotas.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • hirify.globaln track record of closing enterprise-level deals over $250k in ACV/ARR.
  • Deep understanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on identity.
  • Experience selling into fintech, insurtech, or retail industries.
  • Must be based in the United States with a self-starter, hunter mentality.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology simply and articulately to business prospects.

  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Existing relationships within the fintech or insurance sectors.
