What you will do

• Create and manage operational plans for TAP execution, coordinating schedules, staffing, and event coverage.
• Lead daily operations for a geographically dispersed workforce across permanent and itinerant sites.
• Issue operational directives and priorities to ensure full coverage with qualified personnel.
• Partner with Government stakeholders, regional teams, and subcontractors to resolve requirements and track project status.
• Monitor staffing, onboarding, training completion, and travel logistics to ensure continuity of operations.
• Provide accurate reporting on schedules, attendance, and customer satisfaction to Program Management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project or operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise leading national-scope projects within the Federal Government.
• Proven ability to manage a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple delivery modes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting VA, TAP, or military-to-civilian transition programs.
• Experience with Federal contracting, SCA workforce environments, or SOFA/OCONUS coordination.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with regional hub-and-spoke operational models.
