Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
• Lead external construction project managers and coordinate internal supply chain resources for owner-furnished equipment.
• Handle entitlements, building permits, and local AHJ approvals for data center developments.
• Prepare construction estimates, project budgets, unit cost reports, and manage change orders.
• Oversee contractor procurement, submittals, and ensure quality and safety performance on-site.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to achieve final turnover to customers and manage project close-out procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management and 5+ years in the mission-critical industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Willingness to travel domestically, specifically within the Columbus, Ohio market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud-based commissioning, and financial management software platforms.
