Principal Product Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Florham Park, New Jersey, United States

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap development, and lifecycle management from ideation through retirement.
• Define product requirements, user stories, specifications, feature priorities, and product metrics.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Manage product risks and issues, support product builds, and oversee quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM, technology, engineering, design, sales, customer experience, solution architecture, pricing, finance, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Gather customer and seller feedback, develop business cases, and mentor junior product managers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Proven experience managing successful products throughout their full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market where applicable.
