Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Cary, North Carolina; hybrid work opportunities with bi-monthly travel to Q2 offices and customer site visits

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for the Centrix DTS product suite and related solutions.
• Define and execute product strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product adoption, financial results, performance, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, industry stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrable experience in software product management, including 0-to-1 product launches.
• Experience building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; experience with Pendo or similar user analytics tools is beneficial.
• Fluent written and oral English and authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
