Product Manager (Monitor Solutions) (Building Automation and Sensing Technologies): Managing the monitors and CEMS portfolio for building automation with an accent on product strategy, customer insights, roadmap development, and commercial growth. Focus on aligning engineering, sales, and marketing, developing business cases and pricing strategies, and executing product launches and lifecycle plans.
Location: Boxborough, Massachusetts, United States; domestic and international travel up to 25% required
Salary: $114,730–$213,070 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus

is a public precision technology company whose Gems Setra business develops sensing and monitoring technologies, including liquid level, flow, pressure, humidity, current, vacuum, and energy measurement products.
What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and business results for the Monitor and CEMS portfolio.
- Engage customers to understand workflows, functional needs, buying journeys, and support requirements.
- Develop product strategies, business cases, technical requirements, revenue plans, and ROI analyses.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, positioning, pricing, product planning, and launches.
- Partner with engineering to resolve customer issues and drive new product development.
- Align sales, marketing, engineering, operations, distribution partners, and executive stakeholders around product priorities and go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of direct product management experience.
- Strong commercial knowledge covering go-to-market, sales enablement, pricing, positioning, strategy development, and customer needs.
- Engineering savvy, including the ability to read technical prints and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

- Product management experience in building automation or sensing technologies.
- Experience managing strategic partners.
- Foundational knowledge of environmental sensing markets and products.
