Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage both onsite and virtual candidate interviews
• Handle candidate logistics promptly and accurately
• Maintain data integrity within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
• Facilitate partnerships between stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates
• Drive process improvement initiatives and special recruiting projects
• Recommend strategies to increase recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements
• Must be based in Palo Alto, CA
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as operational needs vary

Nice to have

• Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions
