What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain the ATS and documentation to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Act as the guardian of candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive.
• Improve and document recruiting processes to support company scaling.
• Learn sourcing fundamentals and assist in building pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles.
• Must be based in NYC, SF, or Seattle with the ability to work from the office a few times per week.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating.
• High candidate empathy and a team-first attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with AI tools.
