GTM Recruiter (AI): Managing end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market teams in a fast-paced AI infrastructure environment with an accent on sourcing, role calibration, and candidate closing. Focus on building high-quality pipelines for Sales, Solutions, and Marketing roles while scaling recruiting processes in a founder-led startup.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with the Head of Revenue and leadership to define hiring priorities and success profiles.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing.
  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Drive role calibration and candidate assessment to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from kickoff to offer and closing.
  • Develop scalable recruiting practices and track funnel health to improve hiring speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on GTM talent.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or technical companies (AI, SaaS, developer tools).
  • Proven ability to source and close high-quality passive candidates.
  • Strong judgment regarding sales and technical customer-facing profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with recruiting systems like Ashby, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring early GTM teams from 0 to 1.
  • Familiarity with AI, data, or open-source ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering directly with founders or executive leadership.
  • Experience hiring technical GTM roles like Solutions Engineers.
