We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join Sweed - growing US product company.

This role is for someone who sees recruitment as a business function—not just filling vacancies. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and company leaders, own hiring end-to-end, and have the freedom to improve how recruitment works.

✨ What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across technical and business roles.
• Build strong pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and decision-making.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Explore AI tools and automation to make recruiting smarter and more efficient.
• Drive improvements across recruitment and People initiatives.

🎯 We’re looking for someone who has

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (product company, startup, scale-up, or agency).
• Experience hiring technical and senior-level talent.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• A high level of ownership and independence.
• A business mindset and data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Curiosity about AI and modern recruiting tools.
• Professional English.
