What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across technical and business roles.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and interview processes.
  • Guide hiring decisions using market insights and structured assessments.
  • Proactively solve bottlenecks and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Implement AI tools and automation to improve recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a product company, startup, or agency.
  • Experience hiring technical and senior-level talent.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to work independently on complex roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Professional spoken and written English.
  • Business mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
