What you will do

• Lead short-duration client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to production.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Execute project tasks according to defined plans and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Onboard data feeds for aggregation and configure system parameters.
• Support senior project managers on long-duration implementation initiatives.
• Identify and resolve issues using established procedures to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, technical support, or analytics.
• Understanding of data management principles including ETL, schemas, and data structures.
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools for process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
