Leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia building a finance super app to help people plan, save, and grow their money.

What you will do

  • Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
  • Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Simplify complex financial products into intuitive and usable customer journeys.
  • Use data, user research, and production feedback to drive product decisions and iterations.
  • Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business impact, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or founder.
  • Must be based in Vietnam.
  • Strong English communication skills (main working language).
  • Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • High ownership and ability to drive execution with limited guidance.
  • Comfortable working with metrics, user experiments, and post-launch learning.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
