TL;DR

Focus on modernizing administrative workflows, reducing operational friction, improving usability, and scaling platform governance while partnering cross-functionally to measure and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned administration and back-office product areas.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers or product owners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation to deliver product outcomes.
  • Define and track product success metrics tied to business objectives, customer value, adoption, and operational performance.
  • Translate customer, market, and internal stakeholder feedback into prioritized product enhancements.
  • Support business cases, investment planning, and roadmap trade-off decisions; drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience; advanced degree with 4+ years acceptable.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing and developing employees.
  • SaaS or financial services background, with fraud/security expertise.
  • Strong Agile experience using Jira and Confluence and managing release cycles.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
