What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned administration and back-office product areas.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers or product owners.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation to deliver product outcomes.
- Define and track product success metrics tied to business objectives, customer value, adoption, and operational performance.
- Translate customer, market, and internal stakeholder feedback into prioritized product enhancements.
- Support business cases, investment planning, and roadmap trade-off decisions; drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience; advanced degree with 4+ years acceptable.
- 1–2 years of experience managing and developing employees.
- SaaS or financial services background, with fraud/security expertise.
- Strong Agile experience using Jira and Confluence and managing release cycles.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
