Location: Remote (United States)
Compensation: $220,000–$280,000 OTE

What you will do
- Strengthen Salesforce data integrity and pipeline hygiene to establish a single source of truth.
- Modernize GTM reporting by consolidating dashboards and standardizing key metrics across GTM and Finance.
- Automate high-volume manual workflows including lead routing, quoting, and compensation calculations.
- Develop a sales analytics capability to inform investment and scaling decisions.
- Partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the integrated GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and automation tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with at least 3 years leading the function at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale RevOps transformations and data remediation.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and automation tooling like CPQ, SalesLoft, and PowerBI.
- Strong financial fluency regarding compensation modeling, forecasting, and unit economics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and process transformation without losing continuity.
- Must be based in the United States to comply with regional employment and benefit requirements.
