What you will do

• Define and execute the editorial strategy, voice, and content formats for The COO Club.
• Create, assign, and edit high-quality content across articles, newsletters, podcasts, and video.
• Recruit and manage a network of operations executives and subject matter experts as contributors.
• Analyze audience performance data to optimize distribution, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Host and represent the brand across webinars, livestreams, and industry events.
• Build community-powered loops that turn readers into active participants and loyal subscribers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven experience in B2B, practitioner-led, or professional editorial roles.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to synthesize complex operational topics into engaging content.
• Experience growing newsletter engagement, subscriber audiences, or community participation.
• Proficiency in using analytics to guide content experimentation and optimization.
• Deep curiosity about operations leadership, AI transformation, and organizational design.
