Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 Annually

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for VA Data Modernization, including workspace standardization and user-intake workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for workspace provisioning and access configurations.
• Partner with engineering and data platform teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and service integrations.
• Coordinate support workflows and identify high-touch user needs to improve platform satisfaction.
• Maintain business process documentation, SOPs, and process maps to support continuous improvement.
• Communicate risks, progress, and user-impact metrics to leadership through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
