Location: Remote in the United States (excluding AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, LA, MA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OR, PR, RI, VT, WA, WY). Must hold an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance and be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with 3+ years of U.S. residency.

Salary: $79,203 - $111,350

What you will do

• Support program management with data gathering, analysis, and documentation for recurring and ad hoc deliverables.
• Develop 5-year and 1-year forecasts including cloud cost projections, platform growth, and tenant milestones.
• Prepare data, charts, and materials for weekly milestone and sprint plan reviews with VA leadership.
• Perform cloud cost analysis and FinOps practices to identify variances and recommend cost reductions.
• Extract and analyze Jira backlog data and sprint metrics for reporting.
• Track deliverables against scheduled due dates and approval status.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and program support.
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident with at least 3 years of U.S. residency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and federal agency governance.
